Shopclues.com is neither providing warranty to the customer nor refunding the paid amount to customer

Not providing warranty according as set up terms and conditions so the price of the tablet may be refunded by the company through account payee cheque.

 Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of following speed post tracking of the item sent by the applicant in order to get the item repaired under set up terms and conditions as the product is in manufacturer’s warranty. But it is unfortunate that any action on the part of concerned was not taken still so concerned who are not pursuing its own setup terms and conditions may be directed to refund the paid amount as the price of the item purchased by the applicant.

But concerned staffs of the service centre only procrastinate instead of redressing the defect of the purchased product.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is justified that item bought by the applicant/ aggrieved by spending such huge amount may function only 15 days? Whether it is not violation of consumer rights of your applicant/aggrieved and most humiliating is the treatment of the staffs of service centre of the company.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
