Theft in Mirzapur district is on its zenith . Daily one case of theft is reported and people are too much afraid of terror of thieves. At every nook and corner , people are talking of incompetency of police personnel and misrule of ongoing incumbent.

Hon’ble Sir please take a glance of attached documents showing that how daily a case stealing is reported in dailies and in these theft cases ,articles, valuables above two lacs were stolen and police couldn’t work out any of these cases. This is set up fact that police of Mirzapur never unearthed any case of theft. I have earlier reported many cases of theft but police of Mirzapur always remained failed and aggrieved only run from pillar to post and thus so tired that they consider it as their destiny.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that on Monday Suresh Singh S/O Satyanarayan Singh who is contractor in Bansagar withdrew the money Rs.300000.00 from state bank of India of Mirzapur branch. Meanwhile he was informed that his father’s health suddenly fell and he was admitted to hospital. Therefore in order to visit his father he directly went to district hospital where he put his bike on stand and went to see his father. But when he came out of Pathology centre , he shocked that his dikki of motor cycle was open and Rs.300000.00 was missing. Most surprising that this place is at merely 10 feet from the Hospital police chauki.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that
Burglary of Rs.300000.00 and victim regularly making request to register F.I.R. unfortunately concerned staff of Mirzapur police is not registering the F.I.R. Which is sheer unjustified and unconstitutional.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that
Theft of jewelry and other articles of use from the house of an advocate located near police chauki, Wellesely Ganj which worth amounted to more than seven lac rupees in Mirzapur district .
Theft of jewelary/ornaments of worth Rs.250000.00 in Rajgarh market of Mirzapur district.
According to news report as usual there was no supply of electricity in the Rajgarh market and adjoining areas so residents were sleeping at the ceiling floor of house so that they may get some reprieve from hot weather. Taking benefit of the situation thieves entered into the house of Vijay Kumar resident of Rajgarh Market by breaking the main gate of the house and also broke the locks of rooms on the night of Sunday .All the ornaments and valuable articles of worth near about two and half lac were stolen by thieves.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
