Central Board of Direct Taxes (Income Tax)
An application under article 51A of the constitution of India. The matter is concerned with the PAN card of Preeti Singh whose saved documents are missing from the website of Income Tax Government of India. For detail, please take a glance at the attached documents with this representation.
Somewhere is gone documents saved by Preeti Singh or individual talked on the phone was mysterious. Pancard no more remained the only ID but has been proved source black income for corrupt public staffs. It is most surprising that those appointed for better public services themselves are an obstacle in the path of reaching better services to the citizenry ipso facto obvious. This is too much regretful is that horse trading cum bargaining takes place in providing ID which is more useful to Government instead of its citizenry. There are different fees for PAN card which can be easily traced online. It is burning truth that not a single genuine application is entertained by the department of income tax of Government of India. On one side of the screen, our responsible public functionaries cry of transparency and accountability on public platforms but when they are behind the screen, their tones are incredibly changed. It seems that we are living in the era of lawlessness and anarchy. In this matter, concerned accountable public functionaries may order enquiry so that the public staff removed the saved documents on the website of Income tax of government of India be subjected to penal action under the law of land. Undoubtedly we are suffering from the crunch of honest public functionaries. Undoubtedly more proliferation of permanent account number is essential for smooth functioning of the transparent and accountable government machinery.

Concerned has only misled the CPGRAM through its false and misleading claims as the applicant has applied on the portal where they are claiming to suggest the applicant. But in order to get the complaint closed, they are making such false concocted story to mislead the concerned responsible functionaries and most surprising that I have the audio recording of the call made by them on my mobile number-7379105911 which lasted in 22 minutes. I think that to get the public grievances disposed of, concerned public staffs make such deliberate false concocted stories is really regretting. Whether good governance can be provided by escaping from the complaints of the citizenry. Application for PAN Card was submitted from the website of the income tax quite obvious from the other concerned grievance in the same matter. Why not concerned took a glance of attached documents in the other grievances on this august portal or why registration number not checked by them. Carelessness on the part of
