With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that I have just made contact to public information clerk ,Mirzapur who told me that according to report of Executive Officer ,municipality Mirzapur city ,he made available the sought information to Shivram Yadav . Here this question arises that ,to whom ,he made available the sought information ? Shivram Yadav is the staff of municipality Mirzapur still deprived from the sought information but accountable officers in the district were informed that information was made available to Shivram Yadav.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that scores of contract workers of municipality yesterday went to collectorate Mirzapur along with Shivram Yadav to request D.M. Mirzapur to direct E.O. Municipality Mirzapur city to furnish access to information to Shivram Yadav as sought information is not only concerned with information seeker but also with them. Entire department knows that sought information is still awaited but office of D.M. And commissioner was informed that sought information was made available . Whether this is not mockery of provisions of Right to Information Act 2005. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of attached documents.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if section20 will not be imposed on erring PIOs by the state information commission ,then such practice will remain in practice and common citizenry will knock the doors of accountable public functionaries in despair.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
