Subject-You Honble Sir be informed that applicant belongs to General class and a Brahmin family and fulfil requisite formalities to get the scholarship but a student belongs to a Brahmin family deprived of the right to scholarship merely on the ground that there was lack of fund which is obvious from the quote of the staffs of social welfare department, Allahabad as scholarship provided to general class is based on the available budget and because of lack of budget no scholarship could be sent your account and moreover, no formality required at the district level so complaints may be closed Consequently, complaints submitted before the Social welfare department Allahabad had been disposed of Neither in the first year, Applicant was provided scholarship nor in the second year applicant is being provided with the scholarship Applicant –Nitish Kumar Mishra, Father’s name-Mr Shyamdhar Mishra, Mobile Number-7054013826, Village-Chitauli, Post-Kushaha, Police station-Jigana, District-Mirzapur, Pincode-231313, Uttar Pradesh The remark of District welfare officer is OK as well as verified and recommended by District scholarship committee on 25022018 but scholarship didn’t reach into the account of the applicant When all the students having similar reports on their current status of the online submitted application for the scholarship have been provided scholarship, then why, concerned discriminated the applicant by not providing scholarship which is the legitimate right of the applicant With due respect, your applicant invites the kind attention of the Honble Sir to the following submissions as follows 1-It is submitted before the Honble Sir that in order to lure the general class, the government is going to increase the amount of scholarship to the students belonging to the general class but on the other side of the same coin students belonging to general class like us are being deprived of right to scholarship merely on the ground of scarcity of fund Honble Sir may be pleased to take a glance at the attached document to this representation 2-It is submitted before the Honble Sir that since two years repeatedly you are not providing the scholarship and my father by profession is a farmer is arranging the fee by taking money on debt from local money lenders with the expectation that I will remain to support him at the old age but he doesnt know because of bad policy of our political masters, I myself will somehow arrange two square meal for myself, then how will that adjust with my parents 3-It is submitted before the Honble Sir that what will you do for general class students in future lies in the sheer dark but at present, the student deprived of the right to scholarship in my class is me who belongs to the general class Consequently, please provide fund so that general class students deprived of the right to scholarship due to the crunch of the fund could be provided scholarship This is a humble request of the applicant to you Honble Sir that it can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering the services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms This is the sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice Therefore it is the need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Honble Sir Yours sincerely Nitish Kumar Mishra, Father’s name-Mr Shyamdhar Mishra, Mobile Number-7054013826, Village-Chitauli, Post-Kushaha, Police station-Jigana, District-Mirzapur, Pincode-231313, Uttar Pradesh

Consequently, complaints submitted before the Social welfare department Allahabad had been disposed of.
Undoubtedly the act of concerned accountable staffs of the government is not justified because they have provided all other students scholarship but aggrieved was deprived of the scholarship on the ground of the crunch of the fund. Which mockery of the law of land and can't be supported by intelligentsia class.
