Grievance Description : How the staffs of S.B.I. Resolved the submitted grievance when mobile number of your applicant (Mobile number -7379105911 was not updated on the account number of your applicant opened under prime minister jan dhan scheme. 28 August 2015 13:33 With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that what was resolved by bank staffs telephonically? Most surprising that your applicant itself don’t know that what was resolved by bank staffs? Branch telephonically resolved the grivance of complainat as confirmed to us through e-mail attached for NA Your applicant is not apprised with your resolution . Right to reason is integral part of any administrative system. Here reason not to register the mobile number on account number is that account is opened under prime minister jan dhan scheme is that  this account is opened at zero balance so  SMS facility is not provided to consumers on such accounts and debit card can be used unless Mobile number is registered on the account of consumer. Here this question arises that why prime minister of India is befooling the countrymen by false lures. Here accounts opened under P.M. JAN dhan scheme is not secured as latest feedback would not be made available by bank on those accounts. Accountable public functionaries are playing game with the hard earned money of country men through false promises.  2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir thatDate of Action : 21 Aug 2015 Details : Branch telephonically resolved the grivance of complainat as confirmed to us through e-mail attached for NA Status as on 23 Aug 2015 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether this good governances where grievances are redressed but aggrieved itself couldn’t know how the grievances were redressed. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir. :
Lackadaisical approach of staffs of state bank of India in redressing the grievances of consumers. Hon’ble Sir your applicant’s S.B.I. Account is opened under pradhan mantri dhan jan scheme. Hon’ble Sir-How much ridiculous that your applicant’s vodafone mobile number -7379105911 has been used in two registered correspondences by the accountable staffs of state bank of India but in the name of registering the mobile in order to secure the transactions on my account ,they are making flimsy pretexts. Here this question arises that why do the staffs of the state bank of India deprive the consumers from available facilities in the name of providing pseudo quality of services. With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that according to letter of the S.B.I. Sent to your applicant in order to made available Debit card , they told me the process of activating debit card as 1-Please remember to collect the pin from your state bank branch. 2- For security reasons your card is currently inactive. In order to activate your card ,you need to complete one successful transaction at any state bank group ATM using your PIN . First uses of your card at an ATM amounts to your acceptance of terms and conditions. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Hon’ble member be informed that your email contents are not relevant to representation of your consumer’s representation. Your applicant/consumer have already informed you that the activation is not feasible at the branch where account is open as informed by concerned accountable staff to your applicant/consumer . Before responding a letter you must thoroughly take a glance of contents of representations sent by aggrieved . According to you With reference to your query, we request you to kindly visit the branch where you hold an account and submit the form filled in and duly signed to get the mobile number approved and updated. Our branch officials will be glad to assist you. This is your response when I have already told you that office where your applicant have opened account suggested that activation is done by Laldiggi branch. My next problem is that yesterday and today , few transactions were tried by your applicant itself to be made from the account /debit card but failed because of leniency of bank staff ,my efforts were gone in vain. Who will compensate the damages? Please take the perusal of attached PDF documents. After all S.M.S. alert on the account number is the part of ensured security which is obligatory duty of accountable functionaries of Bank. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it seems that staffs of SBI only befool the consumers instead of taking their genuine grievances seriously. When my debit card is activated ,then why amount paid by me through debit card to vodafone company or R.T.I. Fee was withhold by bank. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms.
