Grievance Description
State Bank of India levied Rs.84 as the charge in providing the demand draft of Rs.200 but could not deliver even after 19 days while it could be delivered with next day.
The transaction for the demand draft was processed on 01-May-2018 and today is 19-May-2018 and most surprising is that demand draft had to be delivered in approximately five working days but the aggrieved applicant is still waiting for the demand draft. It seems that concerned do not want to break own record as they took more than one month in the delivery of the demand draft in the case of the High court of Judicature at Allahabad. For detail, please take a perusal of the attached documents with this representation.
Sir, I am too much aggrieved with the anarchy and lawlessness of the premium banking institution state bank of India and most interesting is that it is the foremost choice of our most of the department of the government of India. On one side of the screen, state bank of India claims to deliver online processed demand draft in approximately five working days at the specified address but on the other side of the screen, it takes more than one month which is too much embarrassing but it seems that concerned staffs do not care about the credibility of the institution. In this country, even dogs are known for the loyalties to its masters so it is said that Dog is a faithful animal but concerned staffs of the bank are incompetent to learn any good thing from the animals.

Revered P. M. Sir, in your good governance, premium banking institution S.B.I. claims to provide D.D. in five days but actually provides in more than one month.

Ipso facto obvious that for Demand Draft of Rs.200.00, the applicant paid Rs.284.00 and this transaction was processed on 01-May-2018 and from the attached online receipt obtained after completion of the transaction for demand draft, mode of delivery is as follows.
D.D. will be delivered at the specified address in approximately five working days. It is unfortunate that today is 17-May-2018 yet concerned staffs didn’t manage to deliver the D.D. at the specified address i.e. to the applicant. Whether it is not a mockery of the consumer’s rights and the most surprising violator is the premium banking institution S.B.I. in this country?
With due respect, your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following online transaction was made by your applicant on 01-May-2018 as
Fee payment for renewing the Driving license through demand draft paid to R.T.O. Mirzapur which transaction detail is as follows.
01-May18 (01-May2018) TO TRANSFER INB Fee driving license renew ID02184500 TRANSFER TO 98585127319 284.00

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that as a precautionary measure the applicant made the following representation to the accountable staffs of the state bank of India in order to avoid inordinate delay in the delivery of the demand draft but it seems that concerned following staffs are itself the promoter of the anarchy and lawlessness in the state bank of India.

Earlier city branch State Bank of India had delivered the Demand Draft in more than one month but I want that undoubtedly she can’t perform its duty within prescribed time but not be allowed too much procrastination.

According to receipt of the online transaction, state bank of India had to deliver the D.D. At the specified address within five working days but it is unfortunate that they breached the trust of your applicant which not only lowered the dignity of State Bank of India but also caused great damage to your applicant.
Sir whether concerned will inform the applicant, that whether they will deliver the D.D. Or only charges huge commission. If D.D. will not be delivered to concerned public authority by the applicant within time, then the huge loss will occur to the applicant.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not cheating with the consumers that whatever is being promised by the premier banking institution S.B.I. of this country is not being fulfilled by its staffs concerned. Sir, earlier in the similar case I had sought D.D. of Rs.250 in order to pay the RTI fee to the public authority High court of Judicature at Allahabad and at that time also concerned staffs procrastinated more than one month and later senior rank staffs in the administrative hierarchy said sorry for the inconvenience. Hon‘ble Sir, in the good governance such detriment occurred are cured by sorry as being done by the staffs of the S.B.I. Why is state bank of India not making serious efforts to curb such rigging and defaults in order to make its services better?
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.

                                                                 Yours  sincerely

Undoubtedly they are giving tension to the aspirants which can never be justified and so concerned staffs accountable may be subjected to scrutiny under the appropriate law of land.
