Grievance Description

Sir
state bank of India, charged Rs.36 as SMS charges within one month and its
regulatory authority reserve bank of India claims to provide SMS services free
of cost in the name of security. Here this question arises that how can state
bank of India charge Rs.36 within one month quite obvious from the charged
amounts and date as given below. This is the same state bank of India which is
asking to pay Rs.236 when I sought a refund of demand draft Rs.200 payable to
RTO Mirzapur as he returned back the draft as a mode of payment is not
acceptable to him. Sir if RTO Mirzapur is not accepting DD, then it must be
refunded to its origin automatically as already Rs.84 has been paid as
commission to State Bank of India but it is ipso fact obvious that now automatically
state bank of India is the master of Rs.200 which belongs to me. Whether we are
not living in a banana republic where the citizenry is being directly looted by
the public institutions. Still, our accountable public functionaries are
honest. It is most unfortunate that concerned public functionaries are not interested to credit interest into account as they are interested to deduct the
amount arbitrarily. Please help the applicant for this applicant shall ever
pray you, sir.

An
enquiry under article under article 51 A of the constitution of India. Preeti
Singh is itself a guardian as headman of family so no need of name of her
husband Yogi M. P. Singh or her father Shiv Bahadur Singh. After all something
is wrong which is still deprived the aggrieved lady to her debit card. When a
girl is married then no need of the name of her father as his name will only
create the confusion to people.

Online
tracking of speed post is showing that speed post is out for delivery. When the
speed post is out for delivery then why is not reaching to the aggrieved lady.
Government is providing huge salary for diligent and effective services but
here no one thinks so. Swift and time-bound redressal of grievances are the
excellent characteristics of the good governance. Whether one month is not
sufficient for delivery of speed registered post.

Aggrieved
is Preeti Singh C/O Yogi M. P. Singh Mohalla-Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road,
District-Mirzapur, who are still deprived of her debit card because of
carelessness and anarchy in the working of the staffs of the concerned public
authority.

The
post was to be dispatched on 03/12/2018 quite obvious from the sent SMS but
actually dispatched on 11/12/2018 whether concerned can explain it properly.
Which is quite obvious from the attached documents.

to SBI, Debit card dispatched on 03/12/2018 which is quite obvious from the
following SMS received on the registered mobile number-9794103433 of the
aggrieved lady Preeti Singh. Content: Your SBI Debit Card ending with 2918
dispatched on 03/12/2018 thru Speed Post No. EB789561604IN. Please follow
instructions on the welcome letter to generate your PIN.

Aforementioned
messages are automatically generated in the system.

Here
this question arises that why the concerned provided the misleading information
in regard to providing the debit card actually rupay card which is quite
obvious from communications exchanged from the Postal department. They have
already made undue delay in providing the rupay card and more procrastination
is the reflection of Anarchy in the department

How the Modi government is honest if it's premier banking institution State Bank of India is charging 236 Rupees as a processing fees in order to refund 200 rupees. Undoubtedly Commission 85 rupees was paid in advance to the State Bank of India by the applicant but it is unfortunate when they are talking of rupees 236 as the processing fees because it ought to be refunded automatically into the account of applicant if the paying to the authority denied to accept the fees in the form of Bank draft. Whether it is not Daylight robbery by the public functionaries who are looking the citizenry in broad daylight. How the Social Justice is being delivered to the citizens of this country if they are robbed in this way.
