Whether the amount illegally drawn was refunded into the account ,if not is the signal of open loot of consumers. This is not good governance but sheer anarchy. The credibility of State Bank of India is under cloud. Neither S.B.I. could ensure security of transaction nor its performance is praiseworthy after deduction of amount from the account. Delay in refund proving such malpractices are performed deliberately in order to loot the consumers.

Whether bank staff not threatened to the consumer in order to create pressure on him . Saving account balance  is the property of account holder and how account holder will operate its account will not be decided by the bank. Instead of redressing the grievance ,bank staff is diverting the mind. Whatever done by bank and C.R.P.F. website is offence but instead correcting blunder threatening consumer is serious offence. If such draconian rule will be applied on account holder ,then account holder itself will prefer to  close the services of the bank.

We refer your above mentioned complaint regarding disputed fee of CRPF recruitment of Mr. Mohammad Akram.
Our advices in this regard, are as under;

1)      As you have already mentioned that Application No. 8105297 status as success with description Completed successfully. Hence the entire issue appears lying with CRPF service portal server.
2)      In your previous CPGRAM complaint you had mentioned several Non Personal INB transactions charges, while these charges were deducted as per prescribed fee according to the transactions routed through your Personal Savings Bank Account No.34645721675.
3)      Since you have opened a Personal Savings Bank Account, meant for individuals savings transactions, any Non Personal (commercial transactions) are subjected to violation of rules. Instructions available in this regard even in public domain are attached for reference, extract thereof given below. For commercial transactions, you must have open a separate Non Individual Current account with Rs.10000/-with minimum average balance.

Savings Bank account is essentially a facility to build up savings and hence must not be used as a Current Account. Bank may close an account should it have any reason to believe that the account holder has used her/his account for a purpose for which it is not allowed. (Rule No. 5).

Whether to serve the students comes under commercial activities according to rules of your bank. 

According to  your quoted statements ,your applicant perform commercial activities through his savings account. 
Whether you have not understood that your applicant is social worker from the activities of your applicant and to help the people his main job. 
If your applicant were a business man ,then his family is not on the verge of hunger. 
Hon’ble Sir there are several business man who are on paper flopped business man and their millions of loans are remitted by the bank staffs by colluding with them and most surprising is that they are still running on the roads in four wheelers like tavera and cruisers . Would you like to give me how much turn over of my business as you have quoted to shield you on flimsy ground? Commercial activities are those which are performed with the motive to gain profit. Ask the concerned what is taken from them by your applicant. 
Please be informed that this is not fault on the fault on the part of website of CRPF only but also the part of your bank because you could not ensure the safe transaction. How the multiple payments could be feasible against the single application number. Still your bank couldn’t take back the additional payments made against the application numbers.

Whether this amount was paid if paid  why website was seeking additional payment.When the second payment was made ,then website didn’t seek payment which means earlier payment was not made.

I charges Rs.30 for filling online application. Today I filled one application for following vacancy . But your applicant couldn’t print out submitted form when make efforts to print out application ,then on screen message was displayed as -please make payment . So your applicant suffered loss of Rs.130 . For a poor family this is huge loss. This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  2. Undoubtedly we are facing sheer anarchy in the government machinery. Whether out banking institution are not looters. Banking institutions are saying that CRPF is looter but your applicant was looted. Whether applicant will not be provided justice.
