SBI claims to deliver D.D. in 5 working days, earlier it was delivered in one more month after numerous complaints

It is the most serious thing that what the following SBI team has done in order to claim that they have attended the grievance closed after resolution. What resolution has made by them that I am still deprived of the demand draft which was to be provided me within 5 days but today 11 days passed?

Earlier city branch State Bank of India had delivered the Demand Draft in more than one month but I want that undoubtedly she can’t perform its duty within prescribed time but not be allowed too much procrastination.

According to receipt of the online transaction, state bank of India had to deliver the D.D. At the specified address within five working days but it is unfortunate that they breached the trust of your applicant which not only lowered the dignity of State Bank of India but also caused great damage to your applicant. 
Sir whether concerned will inform the applicant, that whether they will deliver the D.D. Or only charges huge commission. If D.D. will not be delivered to concerned public authority by the applicant within time, then the huge loss will occur to the applicant.
With due respect, your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following online transaction was made by your applicant on 01-May-2018 as
 Fee payment for renewing the Driving license through demand draft paid to R.T.O. Mirzapur which transaction detail is as follows.
01-May18 (01-May2018) TO TRANSFER INB Fee driving license renew ID02184500 TRANSFER TO 98585127319 284.00
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that how can it be legitimate that payment which was to be processed cum delivered within five working days still awaiting delivery? Whether consumer rights of the citizenry are safe under the management/administration of such tyrants? Whether such dereliction is not overlooking the basic rights and reflection of the sheer insolence of concerned staffs.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whenever your applicant wanted to know the status of the transaction following message display on the screen.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
