According to receipt of the online transaction, state bank of India had to deliver the D.D. At the specified address within five working days but it is unfortunate that they breached the trust of your applicant which not only lowered the dignity of State Bank of India but also caused great damage to your applicant.
Sir whether concerned will inform the applicant, that whether they will deliver the D.D. Or only charges huge commission. If D.D. will not be delivered to concerned public authority by the applicant within time, then the huge loss will occur to the applicant.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not cheating with the consumers that whatever is being promised by the premier banking institution S.B.I. of this country is not being fulfilled by its staffs concerned. Sir, earlier in the similar case I had sought D.D. of Rs.250 in order to pay the RTI fee to the public authority High court of Judicature at Allahabad and at that time also concerned staffs procrastinated more than one month and later senior rank staffs in the administrative hierarchy said sorry for the inconvenience. Hon‘ble Sir, in the good governance such detriment occurred are cured by sorry as being done by the staffs of the S.B.I. Why is state bank of India not making serious efforts to curb such rigging and defaults in order to make its services better?
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.
Yours sincerely

Ipso facto obvious that for Demand Draft of Rs.200.00, the applicant paid Rs.284.00 and this transaction was processed on 01-May-2018 and from the attached online receipt obtained after completion of the transaction for demand draft, mode of delivery is as follows.
D.D. will be delivered at the specified address in approximately five working days. It is unfortunate that today is 17-May-2018 yet concerned staffs didn't manage to deliver the D.D. at the specified address i.e. to the applicant. Whether it is not a mockery of the consumer's rights and the most surprising violator is the premium banking institution S.B.I. in this country?
