Dear Sir/Madam,

Dear Hon’ble President of India,

I am Dr Sudalai Kumar working as an Assistant Professor in one Engineering college in Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu, India and I requested Mr. Rajesh and Prof. G. R. Desiraju in Indian Institute of Science Bangalore to conduct one outreach program in Tirunelveli District of Tamil Nadu for spreading the science awareness and crystallography knowledge among school students. But there was no reply for my e mail communication with them and no support from them even for my program. It indicates that there was no transparency in distributing the funds allotted for the outreach program and money is being misused by them. I request you to take actin on it and advise them to reply my e mails. I suggest them to come to Triunelveli to deliver the lecture to the school students for better understanding the the subject.
Thanking you

Dear Sir/Madam,

If you are not interested to participate in this outreach please inform me your opinion. Please don’t threaten me with goons and don’t send any goons to kill me. We youngsters and school students are afraid of goons. I have one doubt that rich people hire these goons by paying more money. But how indian scientists and professors hire these goons without high pay from government?
I don’t know it. Best Wishes.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Tomorrow I will inform the school students to collect money for conducting this program in the school campus and school students are interested to meet some of the top crystallographers in India. They all wanted to share their ideas and would like to do PhD in India especially in science. I know some top scientists in India and they are Dr. Desiraju and Dr. Nangia. We invite them to at least inaugurate this program even though they don’t support us financially.  May I know their contribution and availability for this IUCr 2017 outreach with school students. I will pay my one month salary as the honorarium for their arrival. Please inform us and cooperate with us in grant success of this outreach.
Thanking you,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I contacted the outreach prog. coordinator Mr. Rajesh, IISc in india for conducting program for spreading the message of crystallography and science in the schools of tirunelveli district in Tamil Nadu India. Initially his response and mails were good enough and cooperated well in conducting this program in St. Xavier’s Matric Higher Secondary School. But now he is not updating my e-mails and no response also. I request you to update me my mails to conduct the science and crystallography awareness for school students.

If you don’t want to support me in this matter please send me the reasons of not supporting. I will collect some money from each every and every shop in Tirunelveli to conduct this program also. I will contribute some money from my monthly salary also to make science awareness. I am not such a science prostitute to steal people’s money and spend in illegal way. So please cooperate. This is not for me atleast consider it for school students as we informed them already. They are all eager to participate in this program. Thanking you.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Sudalai Kumar, mailed you many times to know the status of approval for conducting the program in our campus. Here several programs are organised and students are tight in schedule. In order to make sure of the place availability and academic schedule with students. We wanted to plan and discuss the same with management for conducting program well in advance. With your approval only I can talk to them and confirm everything. Please keep in touch and guide us. I already took the print out of the theme you forwarded to me and informed the concerned also.
I request you to consider us for further progress. Thank you.
