Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is most unfortunate that all the farmers who had opened the account in the Raipuri branch of Allahabad Grameen Bank of District-Mirzapur were provided drought relief by Lekhpal concerned but those provided account opened in other banks were overlooked. Latter Lekhpal told the aggrieved farmers that funds provided by the government exhausted so wait for the fund when will be provided by the government.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is justifiable that aggrieved farmers may be discriminated in the name banks in providing relief to them who are sufferers of natural calamity as district remained drought-hit area last years. Whether bank and local public staffs will decide the entitlement for public relief/aids provided by the government to aggrieved farmers?
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether the government fund is disbursed by pursuing guidelines, Order/Decision and set up standard norms by the Lekhpal/ Patwari or through arbitrary will and lawlessness? Whether it is justified to deprive few of their rights arbitrarily by a Lekhpal is not reflection tyranny in the public function?
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? This is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.                                                          Yours sincerely
