Who will complete the process when the process regarding the refund of paid premium was already completed on 01/Sept/2020 with assurance of payment /refund of paid premium within 10 days before the police quite obvious from the receipt of axis bank attached to grievance as well as attached police report. It seems that staffs concerned of the Max Life Insurance company could not understand the contents of representation as well as attached receipt of Manager Axis Bank Beltar, Mirzapur. Following grievance is redressed again by submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reply which is mockery of the law of land. The matter was investigated by the sub-inspector Anvar Khan which is attached to this representation which categorically states that policy cancelled by the Bank Manager Axis Bank and assured the refund within 10 days. Here role of staffs of Max Life Insurance company are cryptic and mysterious. Matter is criminal so it must be dealt by police by lodging F.I.R. so that account

Since 11 days entire formalities have been completed but a refund of paid premium still could not be made by the concerned company cum bank. Think about the gravity of the situation that to cheat only five minutes were taken but to refund they are taking more than usual time. One month and more than two weeks are not sufficient to refund the paid amount for them. Despite this our great public functionaries are worried about it that why only incredible media is glorifying them not the citizenry of this country. The path of honesty is a religious path which will remain stable but, regrettably, this path is not being liked by our accountable public functionaries. Whether bundles of lies can change bad governance into good governance? Honesty is the best policy but we are far away from it. When entire process completed why are they procrastinating is itself a question? Undoubtedly they are not interested to refund the paid premium which is quite obvious from their lackadaisical approach to resolve the matter. It seems that they are not actually professional but actually they are cheaters and their motive is to amass huge wealth what ever means they will have to adopt even unlawful practices. Following is the email of the applicant which categorically states that they may follow the R.B.I. Guidelines to refund the paid amount but their activities are cryptic and incredible still. Aug 5, 2020, 12 35 AM Honourable Staff of insurance company concerned, Thanks for acknowledging the receipt of the complaint with providing setup duration to dispose of the matter. Moreover, the matter be dealt with by pursuing the R.B.I. Guidelines regarding the refund of the payment made. According to new guidelines refund ought to be made into the same account through which payment was made. Date 05 Aug 2020 With regards Yogi M. P. According to the report of Sub-inspector-Ground to cancel the insurance policy is whatever promised differed from the documents made available. Today is 19/09/2020 and exchanged documents returned by the aggrieved Keshav Pratap Singh on 01/09/2020. Which means 19 days passed i.e. again a breach of trust on the part of the insurance company. Cheating/fraud is a criminal offence so concerned may be subjected to penal proceedings under Indian Penal Code. Think about the gravity of the situation that to cheat the aggrieved Keshaw Pratap Singh only five minutes were taken but to refund they are taking more than usual time. When the entire formalities are completed, then why, concerned staffs are procrastinating on the issue of refund. Undoubtedly matter invites F.I.R. as required under the law because there must be fear of penal action among the law breakers.
Cryptic reply of company staff is as follows.
After receiving your confirmation and the above documents, we will process the refund and the future benefits of the mentioned policy will cease to exist. Please note that there shall be no future claims with respect to this policy.

Entire processing was completed by the manager of the Axis bank on the 1st September 2020 which is quite obvious from the scan copy of the receipt provided by the manager at the Axis Bank to the aggrieved Keshaw Pratap Singh therefore it is quite obvious that reply of the staff of the the Max Life Insurance is irresponsible and promoting corruption in the system such is the reflection of Anarchy in the government machinery. Credibility of the public grievance portal of the Government of India has been taken under teeth.

  3. Here it is quite obvious 19 days passed since the date when process of refund of premium was made by the manager axis bank Mirzapur.
    Who will complete the process when the process regarding the refund of paid premium was already completed on 01/Sept/2020 with assurance of payment /refund of paid premium within 10 days before the police quite obvious from the receipt of axis bank attached to grievance as well as attached police report.

  4. इस मामले की जांच उप-निरीक्षक अनवर खान ने की थी जो इस प्रतिनिधित्व से जुड़ा है जो स्पष्ट रूप से बताता है कि बैंक प्रबंधक एक्सिस बैंक द्वारा रद्द की गई नीति और 10 दिनों के भीतर धनवापसी का आश्वासन दिया गया है।
    यहां मैक्स लाइफ इंश्योरेंस कंपनी के कर्मचारियों की भूमिका गुप्त और रहस्यमय है। मामला आपराधिक है, इसलिए इसे पुलिस द्वारा एफआईआर दर्ज करके निपटाया जाना चाहिए ताकि उचित कानून के माध्यम से जवाबदेही का पता लगाया जा सके।

    Government is not taking action as not lodging F.I.R. in he matter which is the reflection of rampant corruption in the government machinery.
