The aforementioned grievance was closed by the department of the government of Uttar Pradesh with a quote that matter is not concerned with the office of basic education council.
Here it would be appropriate to quote the Para of C.B.S.E. Board which categorically claims that matter concerned with the regulation of fee is concerned with the government of Uttar Pradesh.

Following report submitted by the public authority Central Board of Secondary Education which categorically states that regulation of fee comes under the ambit of the government of the state. In this connection, it is informed that CBSE is an examination conducting body which affiliates schools for the conduct of secondary and senior secondary school examination on fulfilment of norms prescribed in CBSE Affiliation Bye-laws. As per Rule 7.6 of CBSE Affiliation Bye-laws, 2018 the acts ad regulations of the Central and State UT Governments enacted framed in connection with the regulation of fee in respect of various categories of schools situated in the state will apply to the school affiliated with CBSE also. Hence, the matter regarding fee regulation comes under the jurisdiction of the concerned State Education Department. The grievance is being forwarded to Department of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh.
Here it is evident that this arbitrary inconsistent reply of the chief minister office headed by Yogi Aditya Nath is purely misleading and only promoting corruption in the government machinery as corrupt government functionaries are acting in caucus with the money-minting institutions in the state of Uttar Pradesh with blessings of the top rank in the administrative hierarchy.
How the fee charged by the money-minting English medium schools may be justified as the institutions were closed because of the alarmingly rise of the patients of the coronavirus pandemic in the country and unemployment is on its zenith.
Sir, I took admission of my daughter Bhoomika Singh and Son Beerbhadra Singh in the S.N. Public school Mirzapur on 15-Sept-2020 and they charged a fee of April 2020, May 2020, June 2020, July 2020, August 2020 and Sept 2020. Whether it is not exploitation of poor guardians in the hand money-minting institutions in caucus with public functionaries.

Current Status Under process Date of Action 06/08/2020 Remarks Grievance received by Subordinate Organisation from Web API Sir today is 10 Sept 2020 which means one month five days passed but still no decision taken by the concerned on the matter. Respected Sir, you are also silent on the issue which means concerned are procrastinating on the matter in caucus with the monitoring bodies. How can accountable public functionaries be mute spectators of open loot of money minting institutions in the state of Uttar Pradesh whose chief minister claims to provide transparent, honest and accountable governance before the media but the fact is that public is crying because of rampant corruption where open loot of guardians by money-minting institutions is allowed by the government functionaries.

  1. अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित आप का प्रकरण बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद कार्यालय से सम्बन्धित नहीं है Whether such stand of government of Uttar Pradesh is justified?
As per Rule 7.6 of CBSE Affiliation Bye-laws, 2018 the acts ad regulations of the Central and State UT Governments enacted framed in connection with the regulation of fee in respect of various categories of schools situated in the state will apply to the school affiliated with CBSE also. Hence, the matter regarding fee regulation comes under the jurisdiction of the concerned State Education Department. 2. it seems that there is no rule of law in the Government of Uttar Pradesh because in this government grievances are disposed by the concerned public functionary arbitrarily. If the regulation of fee is the subject of state government quite obvious from the centre ruling as made available by the public authority Central Board of Secondary Education then why government is escaping from this issue?

  3. Bye-laws. As per Rule 7.6 of CBSE Affiliation Bye-laws, 2018 the acts ad regulations of the Central and State UT Governments enacted framed in connection with the regulation of fee in respect of various categories of schools situated in the state will apply to the school affiliated with CBSE also.
Which implies that government of Uttar Pradesh solely responsible for the anarchy in the department of education.

Such grievance redress is arbitrary and promoting corruption in the government machinery and government must stop such practices. When the chief minister office of the government of Uttar Pradesh is receiving the grievances to dispose of, then it shows the incompetence of working staffs i the chief minister office.

  5. In the year 2018 Yogi government in the state of Uttar Pradesh was crying to regulate the the huge fee being charged by the money mintiing institutions in the state but where is gone that campaign that was proved to only glorified pseudo honest government of a state of Uttar Pradesh headed by the Yogi Adityanath. I think that such practices will never be helpful to curb the corruption which is prevalent throughout the state machinery in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
