P. Singh. Pradip Kumar Maurya SO Shiv Shankar Maurya made an application before aforementioned public authority for correction of date of birth as mistake made by the board itself through the institution concerned and in the month of April DIOS Mirzapur itself sent entire records and applicant repeatedly made available records to Additional secretary as aforementioned. In the communication dated29062019, additional secretary, board of secondary education, regional office Varanasi stated asApplication of Pradip Kumar Maurya, Exam year2015 Roll number 3358298 concerned with the correction of date of birth after scrutiny has been sent to seek approval on 28/06/2019 to competent authority as the approval is granted by the competent authority, date of birth of the aggrieved student Pradip Kumar Maurya will be rectified immediately by them. Here this question arises that if attached web copy of High school mark sheet is still unrectified, then when aforementioned competent officer will grant its approval to rectify the date of birth of the aggrieved student. Already four years have passed since the date application was received by the office of aforementioned public authority. Whether it is not mockery of the law of the land that application was submitted on 05 Aug 2019 to अपर सचिव जोन बनारस but it was redressed by submitting the communication dated 02072019 letter number1495 addressed to personal secretary, chief minister Government of Uttar Pradesh ipso facto obvious from the attached report. Here this question arises that how the additional secretary Board of High school and intermediate Uttar Pradesh at regional office Varanasi did know that applicant will submit the grievance on 05082019 and in order of it he communicated the matter more than one month earlier to the personal secretary of chief minister of Uttar Pradesh and as soon as applicant submitted grievance on 05/08/2019 additional secretary managed to get the grievance closed within two days. Undoubtedly it is reflection of rampant corruption in the government machinery. Whether it is good governance where arbitrariness and tyranny is rampant in the government machinery. Grievances of the citizens are redressed by submitting arbitrary reports. Grievances are remained pending for redressal since four years. अंतरितऑनलाइन सन्दर्भ 05 Aug 2019अपर सचिव जोन बनारस 07082019 40019719016644 अंतरित प्राप्त दिनांक 05 Aug 2019, आवेदन कर्ता का विवरण Yogi M P Singh 7379105911,7379105911, निस्तारित विभाग – माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद् शिकायत श्रेणी – नियोजित तारीख-08-11-2019 शिकायत की स्थिति- स्तर -जोनल/क्षेत्रीय स्तर पद -अपर सचिव प्राप्त रिमाइंडर- प्राप्त फीडबैक – दिनांक10-11-2019 को फीडबैक:-चार वर्ष बाद अपर सचिव इस निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचे सोचिये क्या यही सुशासन है किसी छात्र के जन्म तिथि में त्रुटि कर दीजिए और उसे चार वर्ष तक कार्यालय का चक्कर लगवाए फिर कहे की उसमे तो कूटरचना हुई है सोचिये जिस दस्तावेज के कूट रचना की बात चार वर्ष पश्चात कही जा रही है उसका संरक्षक तो खुद उन्ही का अधीनस्थ है और उन्ही प्रधानाचार्य महोदय द्वारा कूटरचित दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत किया गया है जैसा की आरोप लगाया गया है फिर छात्र का भविष्य अंधकारमय क्यों | क्या इस सुशासन की यही विशेसता है | श्री मान जी क्या प्रकरण में उच्चस्तरीय जाँच करा के जवाबदेही नहीं सुनिश्चित नहीं कराई जा सकती है | श्री मान जी क्या यह बहुत बड़ा षडयंत्र नही है जिसमे यह कुचक्र रचा गया हो क्योकि अपर सचिव क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय वर्ष भर से झूठ बोल बोल कर थक चुके है क्यों की इससे पहले भी आपत्ति किया गया जिसे सम्बंधित विद्यालय ने दूर किया श्री मान विद्यालय के कृत्यों के लिये प्रार्थी से साथ अन्याय क्यों | न्याय का नैसर्गिक सिद्धांत है दंड केवल अपराधी को और वह भी पूर्ण रूप से सिद्ध होने के पश्चात् और यह तो पूर्ण अन्याय है की निर्दोष प्रदीप कुमार मौर्या को उस अपराध के लिए दण्डित किया जा रहा जिससे उनका दूर दूर तक कोई सरोकार ही नही है वह नतो फाइल के संरक्षक है और न ही नही त्रुटी सुधार आवेदन प्रदीप कुमार मौर्या से सीधे लिया गया है | श्री मान जी अगर अपर सचिव महोदय में अंश मात्र नैतिकता और देश के कानून के प्रति कटिबद्धता है तो श्री मान जी वे जन सूचना अधिकार २००५ के तहत मागी गयी सूचनाओं का जवाब क्यों नही देते है | श्री मान जी इमानदारी की एक्टिंग करना सरल है किन्तु इमानदार बनना कांटो के विस्तर पर सोने जैसा है | इमानदारी का ख़िताब तभी मिलेगा जब वास्तव में इमानदार होंगे | |
फीडबैक की स्थिति –
Here applicant made the representation against the the report submitted on the jansunwai portal of government of Uttar Pradesh in the matter concerned with the complaint number 60000190120853 dated 2nd September 2019 and this report is addressed to the personal secretary, Chief Minister of government of Uttar Pradesh and ID of this report is letter number 6024 dated 15th October 2019 which is quite obvious from the the documents attached with the representation most surprising thing is that whatever letter is attached to the Representation same letter has been submitted by the the joint secretary Arun Kumar Dubey of the Chief Minister office in the grievance as report to get the grievance disposed which has been submitted by the applicant on the public grievance portal of Government of India.
Whether justice is available in this largest democracy in the world you can easily evaluate by observing the post and your evaluation will be acceptable to all .

Whether aggrieved student is defaulter if default in the application submitted before them is by the college administration? कॉलेज द्वारा जमा किया गया क्योकि वे नहीं चाहते थे की उनके कॉलेज की कमी दृष्टिगोचर हो इसलिए बोर्ड के क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय का दायित्व
अभी ख़त्म नहीं हुआ है जब तक की छात्र का जन्म तिथि संशोधित नहीं हो जाता है |
