If Hon’ble Sir will take a glance of these paragraphs of Government order of Government of Uttar Pradesh , then it can be guessed that most of the students belonging to scheduled castes were provided scholarship but actual picture is that near about 50% students of scheduled castes were arbitrarily deprived from the rights of scholarship.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is justified that information seekers seeking information concerned with their scholarships be deprived from right to Information by not providing them sought information. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of following documents.
Anjaney Shukla.-1.pdf
Ashwani Kumar.pdf
Santosh Kumar Naugaon-1.pdf
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that neither concerned provided the sought information nor they want to provide the sought information ipsofacto obvious from the correspondences made with the information seekers.  Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of following documents.
No information to Ashwani and Anjaney.pdf
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that some thing is mysterious in the dealings of public functionaries causing poor students to be deprived from the scholarship.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                           ‘Yours  sincerely

  1. It is true that few corrupt public functionaries by colluding with the transparency ombudsman trying to make blunt the edge of this weapon.
Right to Information Act 2005 undoubtedly a great tool in the hand of citizenry but corrupt public functionaries have made the mockery of this august act. After all we need justice for poor for poor and downtrodden section. This is the time Hon'ble member may use transparency act.

  2. I am also student of B.Sc. I and got 85% marks in Intermediate but couldn't submit form on the portal of national scholarship of government of India because my College K.B.P.G. Mirzapur was not fed on the website.

    1. Undoubtedly, it is dereliction of duty on the part of staff of the college. So action must be taken against the guilty staff of the college. So that this precedent may not be set up for the future generation. And arbitrarily our future generation may not be deprived of its rights..
