Here this question arises that whether managing director ,Uttar Pradesh power corporation limited can entertain the petition under section 142 or his subordinates can entertain the petition submitted under section 142 of electricity act 2003.
2–It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please provide your applicant following point-wise sought information.
Sought information (a)- Please provide the name of designation as well as name of posted functionaries entertaining the grievances submitted under section 142 of electricity Act 2003.
Sought information (b)-Please provide the information under which section of electricity act 2003 or any other available provision,  Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory commission delegates the power vested in section 142 of electricity Act 2003 to forum or individual public functionaries.
Sought information (c)-Please provide the information that if consumer grievance redressal forum is not working because of non-appointment of staffs or other reasons whatsoever may be  ,then concerned area consumers if submit the grievance under section 142 of electricity act 2003 , these aggrieved consumers are advised by staffs of UPERC  to approach other CGRF having no jurisdiction over concerned area instead of providing justice to concerned. Please provide the provision of act/law under which such suggestions/advises are made by the staffs of commission.
 Sought information (d)-Please provide the information that 1-name of judicial member acting in CGRF Mirzapur division . 2-Mobile number of CGRF Mirzapur . 3-Number of cases disposed month wise of year 2015.4-Address of office of CGRF Mirzapur division.
 Sought information (e)-Please provide the information about the holder of Mobile number-9838648054 as available on the website of UPERC as Mobile number of CGRF Mirzapur division. The individual who attend aforesaid mobile number claims to be judicial officer of CGRF Mirzapur division five years ago as information seeker had made contact with aforesaid individual twice and gentle man itself expressed resentment on non-deletion of mobile number from the website . Print copy is attached with this R.T.I. Communique.
 Sought information (f)-Please provide the information about span of duration when the website of  Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory commission is updated as old information always misleads the visitors.
3–It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that two Indian postal orders of Rs.10.00 each as R.T.I. Fee (Rs.10 .00 RTI Fee + Rs.10 .00 for supporting papers) payable to account officer of Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission bearing serial number-34F 631432 &  serial number-34F 631433 are attached with this R.T.I. Communique.
        This is humble request of your applicant to provide the sought information to your applicant at the earliest if not feasible within time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
