Subject-According to the second page of attached documents with this representation on 20-09-2017, Indian Oil Corporation Limited transferred the subsidy into the account opened in the state bank of India of your applicant against the cash memo number 300013045417365 but it is unfortunate that still, the aforementioned subsidy didn’t reach into the account of your applicant.
 Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant submitted numerous representations in regard to subsidy but it is unfortunate that subsidy couldn’t reach into the account of your applicant because of the dilly-dallying approach of concerned staffs of the state bank of India. 
 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that in the

submitted by your applicant as a complainant and following report was submitted by the 

concerned but it is unfortunate that your applicant still not acquired the following mentioned amount into my account.
