Why conspiracy hatched against Somnath Bharti as raised finger against drugs trafficking and flesh trading.

Pressure mounts on Bharti after Ugandan woman identifies him
“We were attacked on Wednesday night by Indians who were led by Somnath Bharti … We were harassed, we were beaten,” a Ugandan national said.
Pressure mounted for removal of law minister Somnath Bharti after one of the African women assaulted in a midnight raid in south Delhi accused him of having led the group that barged into her house and attacked them.
Whether to oppose drugs trafficking under article 51-a of Indian Constitution is illegal in this largest democracy in the world. Whether prostitution has been legitimate profession in this country. Whether any independent agency probed the matter. When the Delhi police itself facing the allegation of promoting the drugs trafficking and flesh trading ,then how it could prosecute the whistle blower cum public spirited person like Somnath Bharti. This prosecution if proceeds would amount to blatant abuse of process of court. Please take a glance of following link-

  1. Hon'ble friends-I think that this is second great blunder of Indian Government that it is proceeding against whistle blower Somnath Bharti raising voice against drugs trafficking and prostitution. Illegal proceeding against maid in Devyani Khobhragade matter is not died still. 2. Entire world knows that what is going on in this system. Indian maid was prosecuted and warrant was issued against her because she made complaint of atrocity perpetrated by her employer Indian consul general.
