Since
15/12/2018, speed post is out for delivery but the postman still not reached my
dwelling place and today is 02/02/2019 which means in two months 15 days,
staffs of the postal department could not deliver the debit card to the
applicant. Whether it is a reflection of good governance as claimed by few
accountable public functionaries.
The
applicant is Preeti Singh whose debit card is still awaited from the city
branch of state bank of India District Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh.
According
to SBI, Debit card dispatched on 03/12/2018 which is quite obvious from the
following SMS received on the registered mobile number-9794103433 of the
aggrieved applicant.

Post No. EB789561604IN.
Please
follow instructions on the welcome letter to generate your PIN
When
the Debit card will be provided to the applicant as the status of the speed
post is still showing out for delivery but not reached to the applicant. Please
help the applicant. How the concerned public functionaries can adopt such a
reluctant approach to redress of the grievance of a woman which is quite
obvious from procrastination and lackadaisical approach of personnel concerned

If it is good governance then what is bad governance they must explain it. The debit card which must be made available within one week from the data dispatch but after two and half month is still not this made available. it's a reflection of Anarchy in our government machinery and such Anarchy must be curbed by the accountable public functionaries of the Government of India but it seems that they are no more interested to curb the anarchy because they don't want to curb their backdoor income which is the source of their income more than their salary and such key income cannot be curbAed by them because of their nature.

Where is justice to weaker and vulnerable section quite obvious from the dealings of the public functionaries that a rupay card could not be delivered properly.
