Grievance Details : Matter of fact is concerned with poor network being provided by the service provider company Jio on the mobile number-7237849131 consequently neither surfing nor online playing videos are feasible. Applicant uses Jio Fi Hotspot to access the data and uses I Kall Tablet but it is unfortunate no data is freed by the Jio service provider quite obvious from attached snapshots to the representation. I have made the aforementioned payment on the executive portal/ website of Jio and remained successful but the poor network is causing too much trouble to the applicant. Moreover I was tired with the poor network so did not recharge but irritating messages of the company pressurized the applicant to recharge the number again but they are providing third grade services again. If the Jio company is not interested to provide the services then it must refund the paid amount redeemed during the purchase of subscription. Attached screenshots of TRAI my app showing the frustrating speed of the network being provided by the Jio company.

Following is the

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.

Poor network connectivity is being faced by the subscribers everyday and repeated representations are being submitted by the aggrieved consumers to the competent public authorities unfortunately because of the rampant corruption in the government machinery no public authority is taking appropriate action on those representations submitted before them.

Those providing third grade services are amassing huge wealth through business and those providing excellent services are facing terrible loss.

In society every subscriber of the Jio is crying but its staffs are cunning because they are luring the consumers by using various cunning tricks and when someone victimised then these staff behave like cruel people. When recharge is purchased by the consumer of service provider company Jio, then not only irritating messages but repeated calls are made by the staffs of Jio. Once the recharge was done, then troubles of consumers do not matter for them.

If the promised network speed is not being provided to the consumers, then it is cheating and both erring company and government functionaries concerned are responsible but it is unfortunate no action is taken against them because of corruption in the government machinery. Think about the gravity of situation that in which public office bribe is not taken? Reply is no such public office exists in this country.
