Grievance Description
The matter concerns the damage of culvert in Hindi puliya made over the road to bypass water as usually made to avoid damages to road links to Enasamy temple in Pattarpuram village. People aggrieved with damage of culvert belong to The Pattarpuram village of Block Name Nanguneri taluk TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT. This temporary culvert is the outcome of contribution of poor people as Development Administration overlooked the repeated representation. Law order machinery is the state government. The demand of the poor people is1- Either Government of Tamil Nadu take swift action to construct the culvert in wide public interest.2-Or direct the district administration and police concerned to manage the repair of culvert through the owner of heavy vehicle which caused the damage of temporary culvert. In view of growing resentment among the masses and devotees of temple, government functionaries may not adopt lackadaisical approach in the matter. Representations sent by Dr. Sudalai Kumar attached to the representation. Please take action abruptly.

यह मामला आम तौर पर पटरुराम गांव में एनसामी मंदिर के लिए सड़क संपर्क को नुकसान से बचने के लिए सड़क पर बने पानी को बाईपास करने के लिए बनी हिंदी पुलिया में पुलिया के क्षतिग्रस्त होने से चिंतित है। पुलिया के क्षतिग्रस्त होने से पीड़ित लोग ब्लॉक नाम नंगुनेरी तालुक तिरुनेलवेली जिले के पट्टारपुरम गांव के हैं। यह अस्थायी पुलिया गरीब लोगों के योगदान का परिणाम है
Government must take prompt step to resolve the issues of the local people as they are facing problems because of the damage of the culvert and need of the hour is that government functionaries concerned may show the keen interest in the matter concerned with the wide Public Interest and rural people who are vulnerable to take steps in the matter concerned.
Why are they procrastinating in repairing the damaged culvert is itself a a trouble to the the public concerned and those who submitted representation before the Government of Tamilnadu itself aggrieved with the working style of the concerned public functionaries who are adopting lackadaisical approach to the matter concerned with the the the wider public interest.
Police may resolve the issue of damaged culvert now as it pacified both the husband and wife for amicable solution through family court.The job of the police is to ensure the compliance of the orders passed by the courts if any party disobeys the order of the court but police itself cannot act as court as it is encroachment in the jurisdiction of the court.
