After complaining, the same person have came today and damaged the remaining part of the culvert during raining time. The bridge is broken little more than previous shots and he tried to park the vehicle in the village temple of konars community. Now the water flow stopped completely and it will come inside the house of konars community. The excavator named as High court Maharaja in Tamil and it’s start with something like TN72 AP 71xxx.
I have given complaint one year back for the removals of the bridge and construction of new bridge by government.

Grievance Description
The matter concerns the damage of culvert in Hindi puliya  made over the road to bypass water as usually made to avoid damages to road links to Enasamy temple in Pattarpuram village.  People aggrieved with damage of culvert belong to The Pattarpuram village of Block Name Nanguneri taluk TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT. This temporary culvert is the outcome of contribution of poor people as Development Administration overlooked the repeated representation. Law order machinery is the state government. The demand of the poor people is1- Either Government of Tamil Nadu take swift action to construct the culvert in wide public interest.2-Or direct the district administration and police concerned to manage the repair of culvert through the owner of heavy vehicle which caused the damage of temporary culvert. In view of growing resentment among the masses and devotees of temple, government functionaries may not adopt lackadaisical approach in the matter. Representations sent by Dr. Sudalai Kumar attached to the representation. Please take action abruptly.

Police may resolve the issue of damaged culvert now as it pacified both the husband and wife for amicable solution through family court. The job of the police is to ensure the compliance of the orders passed by the courts if any party disobeys the order of the court but police itself cannot act as court as it is encroachment in the jurisdiction of the court.
