1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your customer purchased aforementioned product on 10-April-2017 from your dealer or whatever may be –Computer Campus Bariyaghat , in front of panchmukhi mahadev temple Mirzapur ipso facto obvious from the scanned copy of invoice with this representation.  
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of attached scanned copy of “register your product to get one month extra warranty”. Hon’ble Sir initially your customer was very happy because he felt secure for thirteen months but when it got damaged within one month from date of purchase, and then it destroyed entire hope of your customer.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that think about the credibility of the product which services shattered hopes of your customer within one month, then what consequent would result for its master? Since the product is under warranty period so help your customer in order to get it replaced by newly made battery not like old one. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                 This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
