Hon’ble Sir-Whether UPSIC will ever trace the file of complaint missing since years and during the hearings each time subordinate staff is directed by Hon’ble commissioer Mr.Gyan Chandra Maurya to trace the file. Please trace the missing files of complaint S-11-169/C/2009/Mirzapur Yogi M. P. Singh versus CRO Mirzapur .Next date of hearing is 8-July-2014 .
Most surprising is that my complaint S-11-1903/C/2010/ Mirzapur ,Yogi M. P. Singh versus additional district Judge, High court Allahabad is not updated on the website of UPSIC as during the hearing on 9-Oct-2013, your applicant was told that next date of hearing is 8-July-2014 . My apprehension is this file may be also missing as judicial members are more Influential in comparison to bureaucrats. When bureaucrats can set to get complaint files missing, then why not judicial members?
Hon’ble Sir-With due respect your applicant wants to draw kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to complaint no. S-11-169/C/2009 which is a missing file of your office could not be located when traced by staff during earlier hearing scheduled to fixed on 1-Aug-2012 . ADPRO Mirzapur was pressurizing the commission to hear the complaint without paper book but Hon’ble Commissioner said that next date is fixed on 26-Dec-2012 and DPRO Mirzapur will appear before the commission in person as he is the PIO in the case instead of ADPRO and I look into the matter and assured to direct the concerned staff to search the missing file. 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant had submitted earlier an e-mail before attending the hearing of 1-Aug-2012 but not taken seriously by the staff concerned .Please take a glance following link as- http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/yogi+m.+p.+singh/3308-whether-u-p-s-i-c-takes-complaints-appeals-filed-before-seriously.html 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is unfortunate that aforesaid complaint is still not included in the list of complaints (cause list) for the hearing on 26-Dec-2012. Please take a glance following link as- http://upsic.up.nic.in/Causelist.pdf This is humble request of your applicant to direct staff concerned to trace the file of aforesaid complaint so that matter may be taken up by the Hon’ble commission as more than three years already passed but DPRO Mirzapur didn’t make available sought information .For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir. Yours sincerely. Yogi M. P. Singh Moh-Surekapuram , Jabalpur Road Dist-Mirzapur (U.P.)
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir to take action on the submitted representation in accordance with the law so that lost confidence of villagers in the Government machinery may be restored. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir. Here role of central Government is also under cloud.
