Subject -Violation of subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005 by CPIO.
With due respect your appellant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) DIG (Adm), Dte. Gen Smt Rekha Lohani , Dte. Gen CRPF, Block No-1,CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110 003 ,Tel: 011-24360235 adopted lackadaisical approach to the provisions of Transparency act ipso facto obvious from the fact she violated aforementioned section of Transparency Act.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that CPIO ministry for Home affairs forwarded the R.T.I. Communique to CPIO ,C.R.P.F. Under subsection 3 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005 as matter was closely connected with the function of public authority C.R.P.F. But dereliction on the part of aforementioned CPIO is quite obvious
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not obligation of a public servant to abide by law of land if revered lady had little respect ,then didn’t infringe the provisions of transparency act . Act of man makes him great not to escape from obligatory duties.
                         This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

Aforesaid CPIO DENIED the sought information by taking course of following provision of transparency act as follows- 24. (1) Nothing contained in this Act shall apply to the intelligence and security organisations specified in the Second Schedule, being organisations established by the Central Government or any information furnished by such organisations to that Government: Provided that the information pertaining to the allegations of corruption and human rights violations shall not be excluded under this sub-section:
Whether following if followed individually or in group is corruption or tantamount to corruption or not corruption.
Whoever, by deceiving any person, fraudulently or dishonestly induces the person so deceived to deliver any property to any person, or to consent that any person shall retain any property, or intentionally induces the person so deceived to do or omit to do anything which he would not do omit if he were not so deceived, and which act or omission causes or is likely to cause damage or harm to that person in body, mind, reputation or property, is said to “cheat”. [Section 415]
Whether sought information concerned with any of the following if not why CPIO DENIED THE sought information  –
8. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, there shall be no obligation to give any citizen,— (a) information, disclosure of which would prejudicially affect the sovereignty and integrity of India, the security, strategic, scientific or economic interests of the State, relation with foreign State or lead to incitement of an offence;
Three additional taken payments refunded back to account in the case of Alok Bhardwaj but one additional payment in the case of Mohammad Akaram WAS not refunded ipso facto obvious from following transaction.
