Matter is concerned with Sagun Singh W/O Krishna Kumar Singh Village-Babura Post Office- Babura Police station-Vindhyachal District-Mirzapur State-Uttar Pradesh assaulted by Gangsters of the same village by trespassing the House . Most important is Lady’s husband does service in the Rajsthan state.
Name of the assaulters which belong to the same village are
Dabbu Singh S/O Hans Raj Singh Sunil Singh S/O Hans Raj Singh Mohit Singh S/O Sunil Singh Roshan Singh S/O Dabbu Singh.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether we are living in anarchy or in rule of law where antisocial elements are trespassing the house to assault the family. Atul elder son of applicant suffered face injuries and younger son Nitin on neck injuries . Applicant itself suffered injuries internally which is not showing.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that still we are not safe because they threatening to murder my sons.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that my duty is to inform the administration and rest is left on God who sole protector. Sunit had kept in his hand Ganasa which implies that motives of antisocial was not good. They can even kill at that time. They broken the door and cooler fitted on window. My femily is too much terrorized.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
