Whether it is justified that EPSON company sold the printer to your applicant but software to delete the memory of the printer still in the possession of company and company staff fixes the memory so it is filled after 2000 scan/prints and then printer’s function is automatically stopped . Now purchaser requests the service centre staff times and again if printer is under warranty ,then they delete the memory and printer functions as usual but if the printer is not under warranty ,then they charge Rs.700 to delete the memory.

Direct the EPSON company to provide your applicant software which deletes the memory of printer or if can’t provide then such services be provided free of cost by the company through its service centres.
Hon’ble sir company once has sold the articles to its consumers ,then to operate ,use and maintenace is subjected to ambit of consumer not company but company by not providing software to delete the memory of computer to the consumers is encroaching their consumer rights as well as exploiting them through their greedy service centre staffs. Hon’ble Sir whether such company may be allowed to do business in the country which are acting like looters.
Whether these companies are less dangerous than East India company and ongoing emperor is less weaker than last Mughal emperor.
If concerned public functionaries of Government of India can’t protect the consumer rights of your applicant ,then be instrumental in returning back my printer to company concerned.
Your applicant bought the printer in Rs.9800 .00 was provided warranty of one year now over EPSON company may decide its price and your applicant is ready to return back on the decided price of company staff .
Five times it got defaulted in warranty period . Whether a product is sold on the basis warranty but actually one year warranty means product’s stability is more than one year. Please direct the company it may decide the present price of the product and get back my printer if it can’t provide the facility repairing to your applicant as no local facility is available. In 12 month ,only 8 months printer was O.K. As rest of time spent in requesting service centre when you are sending the engineer to repair the printer. Hon’ble Sir think about the miserable conditions of consumers in this country whether their rights are safe.
What is the stability of product which delivers function on the basis of warranty. How much surprising that after 8000 printing system automatically stops to function and consumer has to contact the staff company who do bargaining after that.

Your applicant purchased a printer from shop digital world Dundhi Katra Mirzapur which cost Rs.9800.00 was paid to shopkeeper ipsofacto obvious from the annexure. According to cash memo -warranty is given by manufacturer not by the firm. It means warranty is subjected to Manufacturer i.e. Epson company.
