Undoubtedly private sector participation is no bad in any public sector undertakings but to promote wrongdoings through private sector and earn backdoor income by accountable public functionaries of Railways by keeping itself aloof and safe is more dangerous and too much unhealthy practice for this democracy.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of news story of Amar Ujala daily dated-5-Jan-2016 attached with this representation exposing the corrupt deeds of staffs of Mirzapur Railway station. Hon’ble Sir if every thing is O.K. ,then what is the need of panders at the booking windows of Railway station ,Mirzapur. Every one can easily guessed the cause of frequent server -downs at Railway stations. Scarcity of reservation tickets is pre-planned strategy to sell the reservation tickets at black rates so that no options are left to commuters except to buy reservation tickets at four times the actual rate.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that transparency and accountability are excellent characteristics of good governance and if the wrongdoers are spared by overlooking their misdeeds ,then it is signal that corrupt elements are being toned up by accountable public functionaries. If the immediate reservation tickets are sold at four times their actual rates ,then why fare is not being hiked instead of being promoting wrongdoings in the system.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that private individuals can’t be promoted by damaging the public infrastructure and if it is being done ,then we are promoting disparity in our society and resentment. On one side of screen ,we are talking of social justice but on other side ,we are damnifying our public infrastructure. Whether it is justified .
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
