Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant had applied for the Ration card under food security scheme of government of India in the name his wife Preeti Singh through her. Undoubtedly the National Food Security Scheme of Government of India is an ambitious scheme but its implementation must be ensured honestly. At present like all other schemes ,this scheme is also facing the same fate and running on paper only.

With due respect your appellant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether any action was taken by concerned on the following submitted application.
Where is tabulation and collation of applications invited online under NFS Scheme processed by department of civil supplies?
Most surprising is that defence personnel get control rate ration ,Railway employees get control rate ration but unemployed youth in this largest democracy in the world are deprived from all the aid from government.
Every one knows that two years ago civil supply department of government invited applications under national food security scheme to issue Ration cards. Hundreds of thousands applied for ration card online and local unit of administration also advertised it without interest . Concerned remained silent for couple of years and on enquiry ,only replied that we have no staffs to verify more than two lakhs applications but suddenly all the ration cards issued, how?
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that more than two lakhs applications were submitted on lines and your applicant repeatedly enquired them about the processing of these applications and they always cried scarcity of staffs. Aforesaid quote is also proved from my earlier representations
. Please take a glance of attached documents which shows that entitled beneficiaries are staging dharna and non entitled are reaping the benefit of scheme quietly .
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that most troublesome for me is that all the rules and regulations are kept at bay and arbitrary actions are taken in this district. Think about the gravity of situation that more than two lakhs applications invited under NFS Scheme are merely show piece.
This is humble request of your appellant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your appellant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
