Not a single line of network displaying on the screen of Tablet in regard to IDEA Mobile number-9919736994 . When customer cares are contacted ,then they can’t resolve the grievance.

Why are the staffs of IDEA company allowed to sell 3-G data pack in those areas where such services /networks are not available.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that staffs of IDEA company are habitual to redress the grievances of consumers.
Matter is concerned with IDEA Mobile number-9919736994 .Your applicant is facing network connectivity issue because of poor 3-D network . Your network Engineer has visited the site two times and last time he showed two you tube videos simultaneously which misled your applicant and consequently your applicant purchased 3-G data . Please resolved the arisen issue because of poor network displaying single line on screen.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that from aforesaid message of Idea company it is obvious that they have been informed about disconnection of services as they are providing third grade services. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that If such practices of Idea company will remain under practice ,then Mobile numbers-9336252631 and 9919736994 will also be ported to other service providers.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that I was misled by the staffs of IDEA Mobile company as it never rectified the issues raised .
Dear staffs of the IDEA Company you have resolved the issue today as you know well that after porting Mobile number-7237849131 to voda company ,I will port two other Mobile numbers belonging to your company. In regard to network ,still vodafone company is providing better services and websites excess. When I will feel you are providing better services ,then your consumer will prefer your services.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
