Whether it is justified that Vodafone company may charge caution money in order to provide post paid connection to your complainant but when couldn’t provide the connection due to unavailability of 3-G network in the specific area may procrastinate on the request of refunding back the caution money as deposited security for post paid connection.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take the perusal of representation dated 28/04/2015 and response of the company and subsequent representation of your applicant.
Hon’ble staff of company-Company staff was requesting your consumer since three months in regard to post paid connection but my apprehension embodied at last.
Since you couldn’t provide me new post paid connection even after completing entire processing on 24/04/2015 so entire security must be refunded at the earliest.
You assured me to provide new post paid connection by Monday but you didn’t follow your assurance so whatever security charged i.e. Rs.250.00 on Mobile number-9918229262 must be converted into 3-GB data on my prepaid vodafone mobile number 7379105911. Please take a glance of receipt dated 24/04/2015 provided by your show room staff at Mirzapur district. Thanks for itself breaking the beach of trust. 4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether repeated bluff to consumers is justified. Your applicant has general request that jf you can’t provide services ,then caution money taken as security must be returned back.
5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that now company staff is persecuting your applicantanddon’t want to return back caution money arbitrarily which is causingmental torture to your applicant. Therefore competent public authority may be directed to consider on my submissions and pass appropriate order so that damages to your applicant be compensated by the erring company as well as company may learn lesson and further arbitrary action on the part may be curbed. When the company staff is well apprised with the fact that its 3-G network is too much weak that it doesn’t work properly ,then why company is looting Rs.450.00 per month from vulnerable consumers ipsofacto obvious. Hon’ble Sir receipt of caution money made available by company staff is annexed with the representation.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
