Why sought information was not made available by D.M. Mirzapur consequently violated the subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005 and hard copy of first appeal dated 12-Nov-2015was sent to Commissioner Vindhyachal division ,Mirzapur on 21-Nov-2015 which was received by his office on 23-Nov-2015 but still not a single point information was made available to your applicant.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that tracking of speed post sent by your applicant is as follows.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Following is the prayer and sought information as sought from D.M. Mirzapur on06/10/2015 Under subsection 1 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005.
Prayer –Provide me sought information through your Public Information Officer within time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005.
Please direct PIO to made available following information.
1-Copy of report made available by Executive Engineer ,Municipality ,Mirzapur in order to compliance of the letter of Rang Bahadur Singh ,Deputy secretary ,Government of Uttar Pradesh in order to representation of your applicant dated 17/05/2015 submitted before Chief Minister ,Government of Uttar Padesh. This letter of government as page -3 and representation of your applicant page 4,5,6,7 are annexed with this R.T.I. Communique.
2-Copy of the letter sent by Executive Engineer ,Municipality ,Mirzapur in order to comply the direction of director ,Local body ,Uttar Pradesh Lucknow as Fax/Time bound/Top priority /letter number6/8886-Sa/Contract/daily wage /2010 as obvious from the letter of Jalkal Engineer to Executive Engineer Municipality Mirzapur dated 16/04/2010 which is annexed with this R.T.I. Communique as page 8 & 9.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
