What is the cause of biased treatment of State Bank of India with the consumers who opened account under Prime Minister Narendra Modi  Jan Dhan scheme? Whether a consumer of bank can be deprived from the facilities of bank ,merely on the flimsy ground that he opened his account under Prime Minister Jan Dhan scheme.

Dear Sir,
Sir referred account No.34645721675 was opened {SB TINY-OD-GEN-PUB IND-ALL-INR} with product code [1611-1411]
This type of account is devised in SBI for mass rural public of country, having no accounts anywhere, most of them illiterate and poor,
even it is based on bio-metric operation with limited amount, to avoid complication of using voucher’s etc. As the SMS facility is based
on multi mobile service provider’s, they charge for it, and ultimately it will shift to the poor customer’s, SMS facility is not enabled
with this product. In addition to this, Rupay Debit Card issued with above product, is also having limited transactions merchant  facilities.
Therefore we request you to please open a normal saving account and enjoy multiple platform of banking like Saving Plus, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking etc.
Thanks and Regards

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that from aforesaid response ipsofacto obvious that  “to avoid complication of using voucher’s etc” it means vouchers are not maintained by the S.B.I. Staffs in regard to those account holders who opened accounts under P.M. Jan Dhan Scheme.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that as quoted by the staff of State Bank of India in its reply to your applicant –
As the SMS facility is based
on multi mobile service provider’s, they charge for it, and ultimately it will shift to the poor customer’s, SMS facility is not enabled
with this product.
Your applicant is too much aggrieved with this rigid stand of S.B.I. That if a consumer is ready to pay the service charge to the bank ,then why is he being deprived from the sought services by taking the recourse that why has he opened account under P.M. Jan dhan scheme? Whether the account opened under P.M. Jan dhan scheme lowered the credibility of account holder as bank is avoiding to provide facilities to consumer even when consumer is ready to pay the service charges. Please take the perusal of attached documents with this representation.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                                      ‘Yours  sincerely
