With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that answer is being dictated in the examination halls by the class invigilators itself but concerned are claiming to conduct the exam without allowing copy. Truth is after all truth and being unearthed by the honest and righteous media men but it is not their fault if concerned public functionaries are not taking their reports seriously.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that it is most unfortunate that your applicant submitted representation against large scale mass copy in which question papers were leaked in order to earn backdoor income but concerned didn’t take any action against the wrongdoers but your applicant was summoned for witness testimony . Please take a glance of attached documents with this representation. Police didn’t show the interest to enquire the wrongdoers whether this is fair treatment and in public interest. Whether this is not reflection of real practice going on in our system.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that what achievement would be acquired by those who will pass through such practice of large scale mass copy. Copy is always promoted by those who succeeded in their life through unholy practice . Such people in order to achieve its ulterior motives overlook public and national interest.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
