Mahendra Kumar Maurya and his wife still deprived from the Aadhaar card while they were enrolled on 05/03/2015 and 03/03/2015 respectively as obvious from the attached acknowledgement receipt of enrolment . More than 10 months passed since enrolment  but still not made ready by the concerned staffs of the government of India.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that gas subsidy of your applicant has been withheld by the Asmita gas agency, Mirzapur as your applicant couldn’t submit the Aadhaar card on the demand of staffs of gas agency.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that what is the wrong on the part of your applicant if couple were enrolled 10 months ago but Aadhaar card could not be made ready because of laxity of the government staffs.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that apex court verdict categorically explains that Aadhaar card is merely identity  card not mandatory in getting government aids. But staffs of Asmita gas agency are governed by own rules so in the interest of justice concerned may be directed to provide the link by resolving technical issues to download the  e-Aadhaar cards or made available through post.
                                       
 This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

If they have made mandatory the aadhaar card in getting the government aid by disobeying the order of Apex court ,then should ensure that service to provide aadhaar card should be easily accessible to people.How much ridiculous that after enrollment ,in one years concerned didn't provide the Aadhaar card to the couple.Whether this is good governance.
