Subject –CPIO made available false, incomplete and misleading information in regard to sought information under Registration Number       BSUPE/R/2017/80013.
With great respect to revered Sir, your applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your appellant sought information as follows -Sought information -1-Please made available details of action taken on attached grievance by the concerned staffs of public authorities.
2-Usage charges are levied on consumers but usage details are not made available by the B.S.N.L. IPSO FACTO obvious. Please make available usage details in regard to attached bills.
3-Please make available details of one time charges. Constituents of one time charges levied on customer must be made available by the CPIO IN regard to attached scanned PDF COPY of provided bills by BSNL.
4-Please made available THE CRITERIA of Tax levied on the customers in view of attached bills. 
5-All other service providing companies provide usage details but B.S.N.L. not doing so. Please make available minutes of proceedings in this reference if B.S.N.L. moved forward in this direction
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that CPIO made available information as follows –Reply :- 1. Necessary rebate have been given to you as per your grievance.
2. Usage summary charges details like local call , STD call, ISD call, Discount etc. are provided by BSNL in subscriber bill.
3. One time charges details as deposit is given in subscriber Bill.
4. Tax Details description as Service Tax @ 14.00%, Swachh Bharat Cess @ 0.50%, Krishi Kalyan Cess @ 0.50% are provided in Subscriber Bill.
5. Usage summary details like local call charges, STD call charges, ISD call charges, Discount etc. are provided by BSNL in subscriber bill.
Procrastination on the part of CPIO and taking recourse of its cryptic bills, characters of concerned itself under cloud. If sought information were available, then why will your appellant seek information?
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if the usage details are available in the made available bills, then there was no need to ask for information by paying fee under the act. Undoubtedly I expect that if he has really supportive evidences, he will keep before the commission if matter will be taken up if not resolved at this stage.
    3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Date of filing-09/03/2017,  Status    REQUEST- DISPOSED OFDate of action-   19/04/2017 which implies that CPIO took 41 days to reply the R.T.I. communique submitted under subsection 1of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005 which is violation of subsection 1of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005.
  4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly your appellant files this appeal through online R.T.I. website of government of India but that website in dilapidated state so neither accepting any R.T.I. Application nor any appeal ipso facto obvious from attachment of this appeal.
  5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that if usage details are available in the made available bills, then why CPIO procrastinated in providing sought information and was asking Rs.80.00 in providing usage details.  If usage details are available in the made available bills, then made available usage details consisting of call details and their charges.
                        This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
