Subject-Railway station Mirzapur denied to refund the ticket when Tapti Ganga express remained late for several hours and worried passengers expressed willingness to cancel the ticket. Whether it is justified to pressurise the passengers for its third class services?
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not developed trend of department of Railways to behave its passengers like gangsters by floating all set up standard norms. When consumers don’t like third grade boring services, then why staffs of Railways are not cancelling the tickets and refunding them.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that when the department of government itself will behave like encroachers of consumers rights of its citizenry, then think about the private partners of the government functionaries.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that you Hon’ble Sir may take a glance of attached scan copy of story published in vernacular Hindi daily Amar Ujala revealing the true anarchy lawlessness and chaos of department of railways.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon’ble Sir.                                                          Yours sincerely
