PIO has made a practice to deny the sought information
arbitrarily by falsely taking recourse of section 5 of U.P. RTI Rules, 2015. Parrot denial of sought information by the Nodal officer is the mockery of Right to Information Act 2005. They do not know even the simple rule that PIO provides its name and designation as well as name and designation of the First Appellate Authority in the communication. What is the job of Nodal officer, they do not know. The matter is quite explicit that sought information concerned with public authority whose address is given in the R.T.I. Communique. There is no difference between Nodal officer and robots except robot acts with the application of memory but this robot has specific feeding of four lines which are pasted in every case without the perusal of contents of RTI Communique. Such practice is a mockery of the provisions of the Right to Information Act 2005. |

Whether still there is any ray of hope if there is rampant corruption.
The matter is concerned with Block-Chhanvey, Post-Nibee Gaharwar District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231303,
PIO may provide the following information point-wise as sought.

If they are honest then why are they not providing the sought information?
Undoubtedly they are making the mockery of The Right to Information act 2005 but it is unfortunate that our constitutional functionaries are mute spectators of such wrongdoings being committed by such ering Public Information officers. Think about the gravity of situation that this Right to Information act 2005 was understood as the weapon against the growing corruption in this country but now has been injured because of this corruption. It seems that our government have thrown the right to Information act 2005 into dustbin and those claim to be Guardian of this constitution are mute spectators of it.
