This is humble request of your applicant to Hon’ble C.J.I./companion judges that Hon’ble Sir may be instrumental in seeking justice. Right to seek justice is fundamental right under article 32 in constitution of India as articulated by Hon’ble Apex court of India on numbers of occasions.

When your applicant had complied the directives of High court of judicature at Allahabad ,sent on 14.08.2014 ,C.V.NO.1706/2014 ,by submissions submitted on 23-Aug-2014 which was delivered on 27-Aug-2014 as told by the agent of service provider agency  ,then why Registrar judicial again sought same contents through its communication dated 26-Nov-2014,C.V.NO.2463/2014 which was received by your applicant today from the post man at 3:30 PM .

    Subject-When the direction was already complied by your applicant, then why Hon’ble High court of judicature at Allahabad is seeking multiple reply on the same subject without telling me reason as right to reason is indispensable part of sound judicial system as stated by apex court on number of occasions . Please direct your subordinate judiciary not to harass your applicant unnecessarily as he is already suffering mental and physical torture because of frivolous complaints in various lower courts instituted in order to wreak vengeance from your complainant .
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Hon’ble High court of judicature at Allahabad through its registrar judicial sent communication C.V.NO.1706/2014 dated-14-Aug-2014 in which directed your applicant as-With reference to his complaint dated 03.06.2013 and 21.04.2014 regarding contents/allegation made in the complaints, he (Sri Yogi M. P. Singh)is hereby asked to mention the contents of the complaints clearly. Please take the perusal of page 1 of the attached PDF.
2- It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Hon’ble Sir may take a glance of page 2,3,4 of the attached PDF which is the index of submitted letter petition on 23-Aug-2014 in order to clarify the contents submitted in the complaint dated 21.04.2014. At last page it contains the receipt of the service providing agency. This letter petition was actually delivered by service providing agency on 27-Aug-2014 as told by the agent of agency when your applicant enquired today about parcel delivery.

    Subject-Registrar judicial is seeking multiple response on same subject matter ipsofacto obvious from his letters dated-14/08/2014 and 26/11/2014,whether it is justified.

    With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.

    1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Registrar judicial through its letter dated-14/08/2014 sought as,” With reference to his complaint dated 03/06/2013 and 21/04/2014 regarding contents/allegation made in complaints ,he (Shree Yogi M. P. Singh) is hereby asked to mention the contents of complaints clearly. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of annexure one.
    2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that your applicant complied the aforesaid directive through its communication dated 23-Aug-2014 which was received in the office of chief justice of High court of judicature at Allahabad on 27/08/2014 as obvious from the annexures page-2,page-8,9,10 and page 11,12,13,14,15,16.
    3–It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of communication addressed to chief justice of India and various distinguished public functionaries of this country as annexure page-4,5,6 and 7 with this representation.
    4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that what was the need of letter of Registrar judicial dated-26/11/2014? As reminder of letter dated-14/08/2014 . Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of annexure page-3.
    This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that when such tricks will be part of practice of High court of judicature to deprive your applicant from seeking justice which is his fundamental rights ,then what can be expected from subordinate courts?
    Please take action against the wrongdoer who after receiving the communication procrastinated to move it to appropriate table. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.

  2. Whether it is justified to overlook wrongdoings in the name of independence of judiciary. If wrongdoers will be shielded in the judiciary so openly ,then how fair dealings can be expected from such personnel. Here multiple seeking of reply on the same subject not only showing incompetency but also sheer anarchy and rampant corruption. Really this is precarious situation and no member of poor and downtrodden class can get justice in this anarchy. Where is transparency and accountability in the system? Here no case can be listed itself. When merit will be overlooked ,then such complexities will arise and common citizenry will have to suffer.
