In regards to complaint number: 579551, your applicant cum customer is not satisfied with the way of redressal of the grievances causing unnecessarily multiple grievances on the same subject. The applicant is seeking the refund because the defective items are not sold at the same prices as the new one. Either the product may be replaced by a non-defective item or charged at the rate as Amazon online buy the old and defective items during the exchange offer. One thing is clear as I have already quoted in the earlier communications that I am not expert of packaging the articles so how can company staffs impose own responsibility of delivery/ order/ replacement on the customer. Consequently, if the company can’t substitute defective item by non-defective, then refund the amount charged, by deducting for the defective item.
