Grievance Description
Whether it is not an anarchy that old unresponsive and defective products are being sold in the name of the new product, company warranty is enforced when the item may be underuse but when the claim was made to return the item and get the refund as it was sold defective and unresponsive item contained old charger then shamelessly concerned took the recourse of the company warranty surprisingly upheld by NCH. Whether such practice will not promote the selling of defective items to the consumers by colluding with the staffs of NCH by being lured to earn more money through such crooked paths. Most surprising is that they must be frightened as the applicant is raising the issue with the most responsible public functionaries of this largest democracy in the world but it seems they are the expert players and well apprised with the loopholes of government machinery.
Sir how can it be sustained to overlook the mockery of consumer rights and allow Ebay online shopping, GROMO seller and Flipkart India Private Limited to loot the citizens. Whether enquiry cannot be ordered by the government to check how the old defective items are being sold by them by colluding with each other and consumers are being robbed in the daylight. The government of India is spending huge money on the salary and perks of the staffs of the national consumer helpline but their support in order to curb violation of consumer rights is zero. Sir, when every matter will be decided by the consumer forum and minimum fee at the consumer forum, is at least Rs.200 plus other expenses, then the citizenry will not make efforts in order to seek protection of consumer rights and will suffer losses in the hand of cunning and cheaters companies, sellers and service providers in the cases of losses of less than one thousand. Herein applicant suffered the loss of near about Rs.2400 which form the considerable portion of per month income of the applicant, therefore, the applicant is diligently pursuing the matter. री मान जी प्रार्थी को जो टेबलेट कुरिएर एजेंट द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया गया वह चालू हालत में नही था वह चार्ज तक नही हो रहा था मैंने तुरंत चार घंटे तक इन्तजार के पश्चात रिफंड के लिये प्रार्थना किया और उसके पश्चात २० पत्र भेजे गये किन्तु हर शिकायत में कंपनी के एजेंट सिर्फ यही लिखे -Item found under manufacturer warranty so buyer need to visit nearest service center hence case closed.श्री मान जी प्रार्थी ने टेबलेट को उसी प्रकार पैक करके रख दिया है श्री मान जी जो उत्पाद चालू हालत में ही नही उसकी कंपनी वारंटी क्या | वारंटी का सम्बन्ध तो नये चालू हालत में खरीदे गये और उसे यूज में लाने के दौरान बिगड़ने पर होती है | श्री मान जी किसी उपभोक्ता को बिगड़ा हुआ डिफेक्टिव उत्पाद बेचना तो अपराध की श्रेणी में आता है एक तरह से उन्होंने उपभोक्ता को धोखा दिया | इ बे ने री फण्ड देने से इनकार कर दिया और प्रार्थी द्वारा २० शिकायते की गयी किन्तु आप के राष्ट्रिय उप भोक्ता हेल्प लाइन एक रटा हुआ जवाब लगाती है |Company has responded to your complaint as per their terms and conditions, if you are not satisfied with the company response you may file your case with Consumer forum following the procedure prescribed by them.श्री मान जी शिकायतों के नमूने देखे और आकलन करे की क्या इतने बड़े देश गरीब उपभोक्ताओं को कंपनियों से मिल कर लूटा नही जा रहा है और यह सब जिम्मेदार कुर्सिओं के इशारे पर हो रहा है |
Whether it is not reflection of the rampant corruption in the government mchinery that concerned instead of taking solid and strong actionst the wrongdoers they are procrastinating which is more than anarchy.
