An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India. There are massive irregularities in the processing of Pancard issued to the citizenry by the department of income tax of government of India.
On one side of the screen, ongoing incumbent claims good governance and sensitive to problems of women and girls but on the other side of the screen, its websites did not take applications of women and girls so that they may not get the benefits of the scheme of the government initiated for the welfare of the vulnerable section. The matter is concerned with the Preeti Singh daughter of Shiv Bahadur Singh, Surekapuram Colony, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, State-Uttar Pradesh.
On 05-July-2018, she had applied for Pan card on the website of the department of income tax of government of India and submitted entirely with requisite feedback. Ipso facto obvious from the attached documents of page 1 and 2 that online application for Pancard of the aggrieved lady remained successful but it is unfortunate that confirmation message did not display on the screen nor 15 digits confirmation code was sent on the registered e-mail or on Mobile number.
In order to get help from the department, aggrieved lady sought help on the prescribed e-mail of department by mentioning the token number -0025015434 which was made available on the registered e-mail of the aggrieved lady.
Concerned replied as-Thank you for writing to us. We refer to your query regarding refund your PAN application.
It is most unfortunate that concerned staffs of income tax department did not understand the meaning of the subject of the representation made by the aggrieved lady as follows-
I have filled entire entries successfully but it is unfortunate that concerned did not send the confirmation message.
Vide the pages 3,4 and 5 of the attached documents with the representation.

The matter was examined and the complainant was contacted on the registered mobile no. 7379105911. No action can be taken without proper documents.As no action is pending at this office, the grievance is treated as accordingly Resolved/Disposed
Aggrieved lady submitted entire documents frequently but the application was made to make available the PAN Card on the e-mail which is free from a fee charged by the concerned. There is ample evidence of saving the documents which were made available to them and in latter grievances also be made available to the concerned staffs of the department of income tax of India. When entire documents are saved on the website of income tax of India, then why applicant will not submit the application. When the applicant can save the document repeatedly on the website of the department of income tax of India, then why she will not click on submit in order to submit. If she is not submitting why she is saving the documents again again.

The matter is forwarded to CHIEF COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX, SHILLONG AAYAKAR BHAWAN, MAHATMA GANDHI ROAD, SHILLONG-793 001 but the aggrieved lady belongs to Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh state. Whether matter concerned with Uttar Pradesh is sent to Meghaalay.
