It seems that state police have no faith in the constitutional machinery and democratic setup as quiet reflects in its Tyranny and arbitrariness. |

The police have all sorts of different powers, all of which are given by law and they must use them … No. Specific duties are assigned to every police officer from the level of a. Constable right up to the level of the DGP .
Here we are not talking about the duties and powers of the police but here we are talking about the the power of police which is actually not granted to the police but that is the power of the court but police has blatantly abused power by encroaching the power of the judiciary. Undoubtedly it is the mockery of the law of land which has been committed why the Lucknow police representing the lawlessness and Anarchy in the state.
Undoubtedly police of the state has been acting like outlawed and government is not taking appropriate action in the direction to Reform the police I am telling you a story of one day when my sim card was lost and my mobile was theft by an individual and I made complaint to the police but police instead of taking my complaint seriously scolded at me but did not lodge the FIR.
