Think about the gravity of situation that when they had already informed in 2019 that matter address to the President of India was forwarded by the secretariat of the President to the Government of Uttar Pradesh and government of Uttar Pradesh forwarded this matter to the Director General of Police for appropriate action and on this basis grievance was disposed of and informed to the the secretariat of President of India is quite wrong because the matter now forwarded on 11th September 2020. Thus whatever is done by the government of Uttar Pradesh is the act of misleading the office of the President of India.

Matter was forwarded by the president secretariat to the government of Uttar Pradesh and then it was endorsed to director general of police for the appropriate action. President secretariat was informed in 2019 that action taken on his forwarded representation but the fact is that it was languishing in the office of D.G.P. Lucknow.

The matter is concerned with the deep rooted corruption as a sub-inspector turned over the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad which is complete insolence on the part of the sub-inspector concerned. Moreover this order was passed in which Home secretary and senior superintendent Lucknow are the parties 1 and 2 so order was also binding on them. This serious matter rocked the state capital.

Reply :- Regarding your earlier complaint application, according to the complaint received from section-5 of this headquarters, your complaint letter is forwarded by the letter No. DG-5-4 (C-268) 2020 dated 11.09.2020 to the office of the Police Commissioner, Lucknow for further necessary action has been sent.
What is the cause of this procrastination on the part of office of director general of police? If the grievance did not reach the concerned mandate how it can be considered as disposed of?
