Undoubtedly aforementioned CPIO doesn’t want to disclose the information ipso facto obvious from the mysterious dealings of the staffs concerned and dealing strategy of CPIO itself. Whatever supporting document is attached with R.T.I. Application is attached with this representation for competent authorities to take perusal so that may understand that how the public authority Indian Oil Corporation Limited is concealing the sought information in order to shield wrongdoers.
Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that reply of CPIO is as follows- Such records are not maintained at our office. However individual distributor may have such details at their end. In case you want the details of specific distributor same may be provided.
You Hon’ble Sir may take a glance of contents following submissions of submitted R.T.I. Application online before the CPIO aforementioned and for evidence that supporting document is attached with this representation also. Hon’ble Sir whether the name of the specific distributor is not mentioned in the R.T.I. Application?
An application under subsection 1 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005 for seeking information from Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Government of India. 
CPIO, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Government of India may be directed to provide the following sought information within time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005. 
Sought information is concerned with the only single gas agency as a precedent to the public in regard to deep-rooted corruption, in Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Government of India. Name of gas agency –Vindheshwari Gas service, Bharat Ganj, Post-Rajapur, Manda, District-Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Whether aforementioned is the name of a distributor or ghost? 
 Sought information is as follows-
1-CPIO concerned may provide the name and address of consumers that are deprived of the gas subsidy in the name of Aadhaar card by taking the recourse of attached circular of the ministry of petroleum and natural gas dated- 30-Sept-2016.
2- CPIO concerned may provide the letter number and date of served individual notices to these consumers of remote villages before depriving them of the gas subsidy as required under the circular of petroleum and natural gas attached.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that following appeal was submitted by your applicant yesterday. Your applicant requested as CPIO may again take the perusal of supporting document. That means he may visit R.T.I. online once again and take a glance of supporting document.
