  2. How CPIO High court Allahabad can take under teeth the direction of central Information Commission ipso facto obvious? The appellant stated that he wanted to know whether the Director Secondary Education has filed counter affidavit in writ petition No. 20121 of 2006 or not. The appellant further stated that if the Director Secondary Education has filed the counter affidavit, then a copy of counter affidavit should be provided.

    Decision:
    4. The respondent is directed to provide the appellant, within 30 days of this order, information sought in the RTI application. The appeal is disposed of. Copy of decision be given free of cost to the parties.

  3. Because of appointment of incompetent people as judge of the various High Court is lowering the standard of judiciary in this country. Think about the gravity of situation that several Chief Justices of India accepted this fact that here judgements are sold but they did not take any solid and strong step in order to curb such practices even at the several instances of time it has been proved that there is rampant corruption in the Judiciary but no solid and strong steps are being taken to curb the corruption in judiciary. Here reader of the judicial member just seated in side of judicial member takes the bribe before the judicial member and judicial member overlooks it.
