allocated in the Noida by public functionaries . Now accused are running away
from facing the rod of penal action.

bailable Warrant issued by C.B.I. Court of Gaziabad against senior I.A.S. Rajiv
Kumar of government of Uttar Pradesh as obvious from the

. As the court had sentenced the aforesaid I.A.S. for three
years Rigorous Imprisonment with 1 lakh fine. Latter same court stayed its own
order and gave one month time to high profile offenders to file appeal against
the order of C.B.I. Court. They got the interim reprieve from the High court of
judicature at Allahabad but last month High court dismissed the writ filed by
them before it. Neera Yadav has earlier surrendered before the C.B.I. Court but
now after the warrant issued by the C.B.I. Court ,it is obligatory duty of
C.B.I. to detain the another accused Rajiv Kumar,  principal secretary ,government of Uttar
Pradesh in order to produce him before the court.

The Special Judge (Anti-Corruption), UP (East), Ghaziabad has today
pronounced judgment in two cases relating to allotment of plots in NOIDA and
convicted Smt. Neera Yadav, IAS(UP-71) the then Chairperson-cum-Chief
Executive Officer, NOIDA(Uttar Pradesh) & Sh. Rajiv Kumar, IAS,(UP-83),
the then Deputy Chief Executive Officer, NOIDA(Uttar Pradesh).
The Court has sentenced Smt. Neera Yadav, IAS(UP-71) and Sh Rajiv Kumar, IAS
(U.P-83) to undergo three years Rigorous Imprisonment with a fine of Rs.One
Lakh each. The allegation was that Smt. Neera Yadav, IAS(UP-71), the then
Chairperson-cum-Chief Executive Officer, NOIDA during the period 94-95
entered into a criminal conspiracy with Sh. Rajiv Kumar, IAS(U.P-83), the
then Deputy Chief Executive Officer, NOIDA with the object of causing
pecuniary advantage to Sh. Rajiv Kumar. In furtherance of said criminal
conspiracy, both the officers abused their official position as public
servants in the matter of allotment of residential plot No.27 in Sector 14-A,
NOIDA to Sh. Rajiv Kumar by converting the land use which was earmarked for
Guest House and also increased the area of the plot himself without proper
approval.
Central Bureau of
Investigation (CBI) Special Judge S Lal pronounced the judgment in the Noida
plot allotment scandal in which the Supreme Court had ordered an inquiry by the
probe agency against Neera Yadav and Noida’s then deputy CEO Rajiv Kumar.
The court also
slapped a penalty of Rs. one lakh each on the convicts.
Soon after the
verdict, the two convicts were granted bail by the court against a surety
of Rs.1 lakh each. They were also granted one month to appeal against the
judgment.
Rajiv Kumar is
currently posted as the state’s principal secretary appointment, personnel and
vigilance departments.
LUCKNOW: Four IAS
officers heading crucial departments in Uttar Pradesh are facing probes in
corruption cases.
Rakesh Bahadur,
Sanjiv Saran, Rajiv Kumar and Deepak Singhal are principal secretaries of home,
industries & infrastructure, appointment and irrigation departments.
Singhal in fact was appointed principal secretary, home, early this month.
Bahadur replaced him a few days later. All of them are registered as accused in
various central agencies’ records.

  1. Now a days these people may be free such is our democracy which is full of corruption but still we are honest according to our political Masters. Here is complete mismanagement in our government machinery and on the complaints of the public spirited people, no action is taken by the constitutional functionaries because most of the political people are elected on the constitutional posts as they are loyal to their political Masters who are too much corrupt this mismanagement is because of the corrupt public functionaries.
