No reform will be possible if Lokpal bill is not strictly enforced as B.J.P. always supported strong Lokpal.

Really
if such laws were not available earlier ,then will have importance and will be
in public interest but if were available earlier then there was need to implement
them. There were many officers who were facing the charges of misconduct. We
want social equity and social justice. This is the need of hour to take action
against wrongdoers which is not being done by Modi Government. Really Modi
Government has eroded the faith of common people in the Government as not
acting as promised with the electorates. Lokpal must be appointed abruptly which is need of hour and demand of entire countrymen.
NEW
DELHI: The
Narendra Modi government has issued a
revised code of conduct for bureaucrats that requires them to be politically
neutral, honest, impartial and maintain high ethical standards. The amended
rules state that every member of the All India Services, which includes the IAS
and IPS, shall be courteous and responsive to the public, particularly the
weaker sections, and ensure accountability and transparency in discharge of his
duties.
The Centre, based on
consultations with the state governments, on Wednesday issued the All India
Services (Conduct) Amendment Rules, 2014, stating, among other things, that
every member of the service shall take decisions solely based on merit and in
public interest and use public resources efficiently, effectively and
economically.
The new commandments
prevent a bureaucrat from misusing his position to take decisions that seek to
derive FINANCIAL
 or material
benefit for himself, his family or friends. “Every member of the service
shall make choices, take decisions and make recommendations on merit
alone,” say the rules. Another rule cautions civil servants against
placing themselves under any financial or other obligations to any individual
or organisation which may influence the performance of their official duties.

  2. If prime minister Narendra Modi Really wants to do some thing in favour of country men, then must take action against wrongdoers which is the need of hour. Corruption is root cause of all evils. New incumbent must act in accordance with the expectations of country men who expressed confidence in him. But it seems that he is betraying with the promises made with the electorates.
