No information is being provided in the Mirzapur district under Right to Information Act 2005 as it comes under the ambit of Information Commissioner Mr. Gajendra Yadav who instead of being instrumental in providing sought information to Information seekers and punishing erring PIOs more emphasis is on to search trick to withhold the information .

1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Anjaney Shukla is the student of B.Sc. II mathematics group of K.B.P.G. College Mirzapur who sought Information from Social welfare officer ,Mirzapur and DIOS Mirzapur under subsection 1 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005 regarding his scholarship but DIOS Mirzapur informed information seeker that he may seek is sought information from Social welfare officer and K.B.P.G. College Mirzapur  instead of DIOS while social welfare officer didn’t feel it appropriate to made correspondence regarding the R.T.I. Communique. There is no result of first appeal under subsection 1 of section 19 of Right to Information Act 2005. Please take a glance of attached documents.

An appeal under subsection 1 of section 19 of Right to Information Act 2005. According to provision of Right to Information Act 2005 ,this appeal may be entertained by an officer who is senior to Social Welfare Officer Mirzapur in rank and position. To direct Social Welfare Officer District-Mirzapur (U.P.) To provide the sought information to your applicant . 1(a)-Please provide the name ,designation of public officer who headed the committee which rejected my application for the for scholarship of your applicant. Copy of documents be made available exchanged during the processing of application of your applicant for scholarship.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Ashwani Kumar  is the student of B.Sc. II mathematics group of K.B.P.G. College Mirzapur who sought Information from Social welfare officer ,Mirzapur and DIOS Mirzapur under subsection 1 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005 regarding his scholarship but DIOS Mirzapur informed information seeker that he may seek is sought information from Social welfare officer and K.B.P.G.   2. Unfortunately information sought by students should have been made available to them by the concerned staffs of government of Uttar Pradesh. But here nothing is going on the right track and public aids are not reaching to needy so public authorities prefers to withhold the sought information through its PIOs. Here transparency ombudsman also acts in caucus with the erring public information officers. Complaints in the UPSIC are pending more than five years and few files are missing but no one makes efforts to trace those files.
